You know, the problem with going back to specialized training after six years of not doing is having to retrain your muscles. Which means you will inevitibly fuck them up sideways before getting them back to normal. I can't tell if my foot hurting is from the running or from using the door as a propup for situps.
I've also realized subtlety is a fine art not many can master. Myself included in that, but I at least try ftlog.
